We utilized all available space to accomplish a new two-story home with a basement, attached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) and swimming pool located on an ascending hillside plot. With a daylit, centrally located stairwell tying all three floors, the combined living-dining-kitchen area in one space unites with the exterior framing unobstructed panoramic views of the mountains and city beyond.
