Nestled on a hillside oak knoll, Hsu McCullough transformed this 1920's Girard cottage blending modern and rustic charm throughout. Priorities were opening the floor plan to relocate and enlarge the kitchen, relocate a bathroom to be more private from the shared living space and adding a coffee bar with breakfast nook. In the process, we exposed the underside of the roof and structure, added new windows and patio doors throughout and restored the original Douglas Fir floors.
