Restoration of an existing one story house with basement in the Little Holmby neighborhood. The original 1927 home by architect Charles F. Plummer has some incredible details and our client has tasked us with re-imagining and re-calibrating the areas of recent awkward additions from past owners: The kitchen, family room, owner's suite as well as the outdoor terraces come into focus - using existing revival inspiration mixed with modern comfort and upgraded efficiency.
