Restoration and re-invention of an existing one story house with basement in the Little Holmby neighborhood of Los Angeles. This 1927 home has some incredible details from a century ago. Our client has tasked us with re-imagining and re-structuring the areas of strange additions from previous owners - the kitchen, family room, primary suite as well as the outdoor terraces and covered patios - using 1920s Spanish Revival inspiration of the existing house mixed with modern comfort.
